What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide: through the contact form (name, email address, project type and your message), or when you email us, call us or contact us on WhatsApp (your number or address and the content of the conversation). We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We measure visits with a cookieless analytics tool that only produces aggregate statistics (page views, country, device type) and cannot identify any individual.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a meeting and, if you wish, follow up on your project. We do not send mass marketing communications and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and where applicable on the pre-contractual or contractual relationship. We keep the data for as long as that relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law.
Who has access
We work with providers acting as data processors: Web3Forms, which forwards the form to our inbox; Google Workspace, where we receive email; Vercel, which hosts the site and produces the aggregate statistics; and WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose that channel. Data may be stored on servers located outside the Dominican Republic under appropriate security measures. We never sell or rent personal data, nor share it for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ventas@homes-puntacana.com. We will respond within the periods established by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
